Through real-time monitoring combined with a battery thermal runaway risk assessment model, the risk of battery thermal runaway can be accurately predicted, effectively preventing safety accidents caused by battery thermal runaway and safeguarding the safety of the energy storage system.
Consistency Deviation Warning
Use the battery consistency analysis algorithm to analyze the battery consistency deviation and make predictions based on the battery cell model and historical data to ensure the consistency of the performance of each battery in the battery pack, improve system reliability and extend equipment life.
Overcharge Warning
Real-time monitoring of battery charging status and combined with AI models will trigger an early warning when the charging voltage tends to exceed the safety threshold, effectively avoiding battery life degradation and safety accidents caused by overcharging.
Abnormal Attenuation Warning
Based on the abnormal battery capacity attenuation prediction model, the abnormal battery attenuation trend can be discovered early, extending the battery life and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
