On April 25th, in Hongsibao District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with the on-site operation staff pressing the closing button after receiving the power grid dispatch instruction, the Ningxia Wuling Power Hongsibao Lujiayao 100MW/200MWh Energy Storage Power Station project, supplied by Sermatec, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. The successful integration of this project into the grid will play an important role in improving the peak shaving and frequency regulation capabilities of the regional power grid in Wuzhong City.

The scarcity of rainfall and sufficient sunshine is a major advantage of Ningxia, a treasure trove of clean energy development. The construction of energy storage power stations in Wuzhong City, Ningxia, which is located in the arid and semi-arid continental plateau climate zone of the temperate zone, also faces the challenge of large temperature differences between day and night and rapid changes in cold and heat. The liquid cooled container type energy storage system provided by Sermatec for the project has multiple guarantees such as efficient liquid cooling heat dissipation and intelligent liquid cooling temperature control, ensuring that the temperature difference inside the box is always maintained within 3 ℃.
