Sermatec's EASYCUBE Series 261 kWh C&I energy storage system has successfully passed a full suite of rigorous North American safety certifications, marking a major milestone in our expansion across the region. This achievement underscores our commitment to outstanding system performance and industry-leading safety—especially in fire-risk prevention.
The certification scope covers the entire safety chain, from cells and modules to battery clusters and full-system integration. Notably, the system passed the UL 9540A thermal runaway and fire-propagation evaluation—widely regarded as the "gold standard" of ESS safety testing. Under extreme conditions, our LFP module demonstrated strong capability to prevent thermal-runaway propagation, significantly reducing fire risks at the source.
The product also obtained UL 9540, UL 1973 and other key certifications, ensuring full compliance across battery units, PCS integration and system performance. Additional safety highlights include IP55 cabinet protection for reliable outdoor deployment, and a BMS evaluated under UL 60730-1, ensuring highly dependable control logic and operational safety.
